Location Manager

Born from research into the pain points of brick-and-mortar business owners, Location Manager lets customers create and manage their business information across multiple online services, all from one place.
The principle design challenge was to create a single, comprehensive flow that maps to several different location services APIs. In other words, design one UI that works for Google Places, Facebook, Yelp, etc.
Before rolling off the project, our closed beta had generated promising results:
- 25k+ locations created in beta.
- Hundreds of hours of time saved for business owners.
- Increased retention of high-value business customers.

An interactive wizard walks business owners through entering their business information in a universal format. They can preview the result in real time.

Once a location is entered and connected, business owners can manage that information from a single control panel inside the website editor.

Changes in business information are synced automatically to all connected services. Conflicts are consolidated and resolved interactively, making sure every service always has the correct information.
